• What is your turn around time?

  Our normal production schedule is 4 to 6 weeks.

• What is your rush charge?

  This varies depending on our work load, but normally 25%.

• Do you have a work order form?

  Yes we do. You may download them from our Downloadable Forms section of this web site.

• Will you ship my order outside of Orlando?

  Yes, just ask for details.

• Do you provide design help?

  Yes, we have a designer on staff who can assist you from the complete window treatment design to just some helpful advice.

• Do you estimate the yardage?

  Yes, we will be happy to provide you all the yardage requirements with your estimate.

• How long does it take to get a price once a design is submitted?

  You will have an estimate within 24 hours.

• What are your payment requirements?

  We require a 50% deposit when your order is placed and the balance due at pick-up. Other terms are available with approved credit.

• Do you have a showroom I can visit?

  We have a beautiful showroom filled with examples of our work. We also welcome you to come by and take a tour of our production rooms. We are always working on something unique.

• Do you offer any special discounts?

  We offer a 15% high volume discount for model homes and other large projects. Just ask for details.

• Do you provide drapery lining?

  We stock high quality linings that are available for you to purchase. You are also welcome to bring us your own lining and we will store it for you.

• What kind of pillow forms do you use?

  Our standard form is 100% polyester, extra volume fill. Other forms are available.
